Today was a proper lazy rest day. Little cleaning up, grocery shopping, riding my bike and walking the dog.
I managed to keep my food today pretty good, except for giving in to my weak thing: chips… They are my biggest weakness!
When I was in my early 20s, I ate one 300g bag of chips pretty much everyday with dip! Surprisingly my weight got up, but for me that was just babyfat. Not true in your 20s.
I will write more about my relationship with food soon, now… Sleep!
