This evening was time for a doggy run.
My little man was more into taking pee breaks than running but it was fun and maybe relaxing run is good to me sometimes ;).

I felt difference in my legs, which is probably because I started really doing squats and other strenght training this week. It so nice to notice this kind of progress. It makes me believe in my running.

I also absolutely love running! It’s MY thing and it makes me feel amazing! 🙂
