Oh no… I managed to hurt my ankle last night on my run :(.
There was a moment on my run when my right ankle had this short sharp pain but I just kept going and when I got back home it wasn’t too bad.
Later during the night I woke up to that weird pain… I so hope that it is just some small thing that will go away with rest.
So now it’s all about dreaming of running and rubbing Arnica gel on my ankle and rest.
Now I’m worried that my goal of being able to run total 1000km till end of this year is not going to happend. I have been working super hard and maybe too hard…
Fingers crossed that I’ll be back on my running feet soon!
